Community Programs

The M-Bar-C Ranch supports numerous community events and programs.
A few of which are listed below.

Better Birthday Club

The goal of The Better Birthday Club is to provide a “Happy Birthday” to children in need, and show them that their community cares about them. Our volunteers work with local social service agencies to help identify children who are most in need.  These  agencies contact us with the names of children that they believe would be a good candidate for a Better Birthday Club gift.

With the help of volunteers we do what we can to make a child's day special and a little brighter. We help children and families, who for various reasons, find themselves in a situation or circumstance where extra help is needed.

Island County 4H Clubs

The Island County 4H Clubs help the M-Bar-C with numerous tasks around the ranch.  Including horse care, training, maintenance, and volunteering with horse care during our programs.

Whidbey Camano Land Trust

The Whidbey Camano Land Trust has a rare opportunity to save a square mile of forest on Whidbey Island that will provide recreational trails for the public as well as habitat and corridors for wildlife.  This land is directly adjacent to the M-Bar-C Ranch.
