The success of the M-Bar-C Ranch programs is attributed to the outstanding, devoted and dedicated volunteer staff.  Even if you don't see an area here that suits your talents, please e-mail us or contact us at 360-331-6019.

We have a wide variety of volunteer opportunities. There is something for everyone.  In addition to helping with ranch experience programs we need help with the following:

~ Horses

~ Creative People to help develop games, and arts and craft activities

~ Gardeners to help with our Children's Garden

~ Ranch Maintenance

~ Administrative / Office

~ Fundraising Events
