Ranch Trainer/Instructor
The ranch holds special memories for Kim Olmstead. Her parents Gale & Shirley Alger lived on site and managed the ranch from 1980 to 1985. A 5th generation horse trainer/breeder, Kim carries on that family tradition with husband Ron and daughter Tailynn. Kim oversees the training and education of horse volunteers (wranglers), along with training and maintenance needs of the ranch critters.

 

 

Volunteer and Cook
Joe Pine, long time volunteer and cook for the Forgotten Childrens Christmas Program has become a welcome member of the M Bar C Ranch. Joe, along with his volunteers in the kitchen, cook the cowboy grub that keeps kids, volunteers and staff happy and content.
