How You Can Help
The success of the M-Bar-C Ranch programs is attributed to the outstanding, devoted and dedicated volunteer staff and helpers. Even if you don't seen an area here that suits your talents, please e-mail us or contact us at 360-331-6019. We have a great need for all the help we can get and we will find a place where you will fit right in!
Not too sure about working with horses? Don't worry! Our staff trainer and volunteer "wranglers" are happy to teach you. Learn basic horse care, riding skills, horse conditioning, and procedures used during riding programs.
Remember even a couple hours a week or month can make a big difference to a child.
All volunteers are subject to a criminal background check before participating in programs. These are done at orientation.
A very special thank you goes out to all our volunteers. Words cannot express our gratitude for all the time and effort our volunteers give to both the ranch and the children we are so lucky to meet and share the ranch with.
Volunteer Opportunities
Our 2009 program schedule looks to be very active and we are always looking for volunteers with a love of kids and horses. Besides our need for help with the Ranch Experience Program, our volunteer wish list includes:

We need volunteers to help kids on rides, cook, clean, and just be there to add to the fun!
Please wear Cowboy/Cowgirl attire in the spirit of the M-Bar-C Ranch
when volunteering at ranch events and programs.
